About the Product
How does inkless printing work?
Our printer uses thermal technology — the same tech used in receipt printers. Heat-sensitive paper reacts to tiny bursts of heat from the print head, creating the image or text without any ink. That means no refills, no cartridges, and no mess — ever.
What devices is it compatible with?
The Inkless Mini Sticker Printer connects via Bluetooth and is compatible with both iOS (iPhone/iPad) and Android devices. Simply download the companion app, pair, and you're ready to print in under 2 minutes.
What can I print on it?
You can print photos, text, logos, drawings, QR codes, labels — basically anything on your phone. The self-adhesive sticker paper means everything you print is ready to peel and stick immediately.
How long does the battery last?
The rechargeable battery lasts for hundreds of prints per full charge. Charging is via USB-C and takes about 1–2 hours. You'll get a notification in the app when battery is low.
What size are the stickers?
The printer produces stickers approximately 50mm wide (about 2 inches). The length is adjustable depending on what you're printing. Replacement sticker paper rolls are available in various sizes.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. This applies automatically at checkout — no coupon needed.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but reach out to us at the contact page as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations before the order ships.
Returns & Support
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
My printer isn't working. What do I do?
First, make sure your Bluetooth is enabled and the app is up to date. If you're still having issues, contact us through the Contact page and we'll troubleshoot with you directly. Most issues are resolved quickly.
